I found Lindsay on Facebook, and loved that she seemed so family oriented. What I didn't know, was that she and Len are packaged deal!!! Boy are we thankful we contacted her. I spontaneously decided to buy a home after twenty years in mine, full of clutter and in need of repairs. I had no agent. Luckily a friend recommended Lindsay and Dallas- they drove two hours the next day to check out the home for me, we had an offer on the table that day, and they made it seamless and exciting! Lots of great advice and referrals for tradespeople when I needed them to sell my own home in three short weeks- everyone I dealt with was great too. The staging they put together was awesome, pricing of my home good, and it sold over asking. I will hopefully never use them again as they got me my dream home, but I will be recommending them to everyone I know who wants a great experience!

Wow, that was easy! I lucked out with having Lindsay Hawkins represent me when I looked for my first rental! It's amazing what can happen when you have the right people on the job. When an insurmountable situation evaporates at the hands of professionals, gratitude for them does not even scratch the surface. Len and Debbie are true "Pros" in the art of real estate. Debbie sprinkled magic fairy glitter on my condo and had it sold before my coffee was cold. Len was crafty and knowledgeable enough to know what I needed in a new house and fought tooth and nail to get what I wanted. My children get to have their dream house with a pool because Len did not give up on my wish list. Most remarkable, the pair rose to the occasion selling and purchasing in the most unpredictable market, while always championing for my best interests.
