When people say “dream team” these two are the real deal!

I spontaneously decided to buy a home after twenty years in mine, full of clutter and in need of repairs. I had no agent. Luckily a friend recommended Lindsay and Dallas- they drove two hours the next day to check out the home for me, we had an offer on the table that day, and they made it seamless and exciting! Lots of great advice and referrals for tradespeople when I needed them to sell my own home in three short weeks- everyone I dealt with was great too. The staging they put together was awesome, pricing of my home good, and it sold over asking. I will hopefully never use them again as they got me my dream home, but I will be recommending them to everyone I know who wants a great experience!

Wow, that was easy! I lucked out with having Lindsay Hawkins represent me when I looked for my first rental! When I started looking, she made sure that I had a wide variety of units to look through, all within the parameters I was looking for. Once I found the place that was perfect for me, she promptly drafted an agreement that was professional and well thought out - it included clauses that help address concerns I had with parking and amenities.
