I spontaneously decided to buy a home after twenty years in mine, full of clutter and in need of repairs. I had no agent. Luckily a friend recommended Lindsay and Dallas- they drove two hours the next day to check out the home for me, we had an offer on the table that day, and they made it seamless and exciting! Lots of great advice and referrals for tradespeople when I needed them to sell my own home in three short weeks- everyone I dealt with was great too. The staging they put together was awesome, pricing of my home good, and it sold over asking. I will hopefully never use them again as they got me my dream home, but I will be recommending them to everyone I know who wants a great experience!
